Hello everybody, It's Seyit. I'm 26 years old and I live in Denizli. I graduated from Hacettepe University Modern Turkic Languages and Literatures department in 2021. I'm currently studying master's degree. My interest in language and interlingual relations during my high school years led me to this department. In this department, different dialects of Turkish, their usage in different periods and I learned a lot about its features. What I learned in this department, increased my interest in language learning and teaching. Now, I am here to teach you Turkish through Italki. Seyit is very engaging and adaptable to the student's individual level. He provides the right amount of Turkish immersion so it is comprehensible, but also challenges me to better understand idioms and how Turkish is actually spoken.

We arranged that I will prepare a presentation on a selected topic. This allowed me to learn some vocabulary, practice speaking and get confidence in presenting the topic. I received feedback and follow-up questions. A very effective form of learning.
