Probably thanks to his experience in HR, he is good at asking key questions so he can get to know a new student in no time, and at the same time, he does well in planning, too. He cares about the whole picture how a student learns and is willing to cooperate with it, so he can help a student better. He is a polite, caring, and capable teacher with a long-term vision.
