I started teaching Swedish at Berlitz Europe in 2019, I just loved it straight away, who knew teaching could be that fun! I have delivered 3000 lessons since 2019 and my teaching skills and confidence has improved very well. I teach true beginners to intermediate/advanced. I have various types of work materials that I use. I live in Gävle and I also volunteer at a language café for immigrants at The Salvation Army in Gävle.

Years of experience in language tutoring Do you want to practice applying your passive linguistic knowledge? Or are you a beginner looking for guidance? As someone who has tutored pupils from all walks of life, from absolute beginners to advanced learners, I can be of help at any stage. I can speak both formal and casual Finnish and Swedish, and I recommend that you specify which one you want to practice. Although I'm quite familiar with grammatical and other theory, I try to teach everything through context to make it meaningful. That way learning is engaging and fun, and it's easier to wrap one's head around things that way. I value that pupil enjoys the learning process and gets to freely choose the conversation topics.
