Hi! My name is Jeremy and I have lived in 8 countries, graduated from Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA), and completed Staatsexamens (I & II) and CNaVT. I teach Dutch to children aged 12+ and adults, A1-B2, as well as Spanish and English (my native language) at all levels.
I love helping others with languages! For 30+ years, I have learned languages and understand the complexities, challenges, and different methods to progress and improve. Speaking with people who have different native tongues, accents, and cultures comes easily to me. I recognize different learning styles and a student's specific needs, having completed a 250-hour language teaching course and 3,200+ hours of experience!Mis clases y método de enseñanza
I specialize in teaching adults (12+ years) at a beginner or intermediate level, including absolute beginners. I teach grammar, pronunciation, and practical expressions with courses that include subjects, exercises, and examples. My lessons start with vocabulary and pronunciation and then move on to reading and writing, continuously listening to the language, and speaking with dialogues.
Soy especializado en enseñar a adultos (12+ años) con nivel principiante o intermedio, incluso si acaba Ud. de empezar. Enseño la gramática, pronunciación y expresiones prácticas. Jeremny gibt dem Unterricht immer viel Struktur und denkt sich auch abwechselungsreiche Aufgaben aus, wobei er stets viele Informationen über die niederländische Kultur und das Land einstreut.
Durch seinen freundlichen und geduldigen Umgang fühle ich mich während des Unterrichts sehr wohl und kann somit gut lernen.
Optionale Hausaufgaben gibt es auch, die gut zum eigenen Niveau passen. Vielen Dank, Jeremy, für die bisherigen Stunden!
