Hi. I'm Kurt Russel Gamalong. Some call me Kurt and others call me Russel. I am from the Philippines and has been teaching for almost more than years now. Personality wise, I'm quite a bubbly person. I like making jokes though there are many times that it had failed me. Nevertheless, I'm still quite an optimistic person. I like reading, most of my free time is used for reading. Right now, I'm reading Chinese Xianxia novels. I still have other hobbies such as carperntry and farming. One day, I will build a house with my own two hands.Mostrar traducción

5 years might not be too long of an experience teaching English, but it should be adequate. I've taught students of all ages from kids as young as 3 years old to grandpas wanting to learn more. I am TESOl certified and also trained in the JK-12 curriculum. I am also quite well equipped when it comes to IELTS speaking.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
I am the kind of teacher who likes fun classes. I like to teach topics related to sciences, technology and maths. Freetalking is probably my favorite but I can also teach business English, IELTS, JK-12 lessons, exam preparations and so on. I can also help with editing articles and giving detailed instructions on how to make articles. I like talking about experiences of any kind, may it be travel, family, marriage(though I'm not married) and so on. Overall, my teaching style is quite the type where whatever I feel is the most comfortable for the student will be what it is. I believe that the best outcome is one where a student is able to utilize the language fully in communication.Mi material didáctico

Jasper was a bit shy in his first class today, but Kurt kept guiding and giving examples, which was very much appreciated. He showed interest in mathematics and science, but might not be able to express it in English yet. I believe that with Kirt‘s guidance, he will surely improve. The incorporation of daily life communication scenarios into the class was also very practical.
Today's class was very fruitful and helped to enhance mutual understanding.
