Hello! My name is Niño but you can call me Ninz. I am a professional teacher and I have been practicing my Professional License as a public school teacher for 10 years already. As a licensed professional, we undergo consistent training to improve our skills and knowledge in teaching. Teaching is not just about barely applying methods of teaching but it should be based on differentiated instruction where students learn in different ways. My teaching method is described as coaching. Rather than providing solutions to my students, I want them to participate in the discussion. Teacher Ninz always has a structured lesson plan. She always starts with a review of the last lesson which engages the mind before the session of the day begins. She is also understanding when you face personal challenges that might disrupt personal studies. She is an excellent teacher.
