I was born, and live in Japan. I have been teaching Japanese for 10 years, during which I taught over 20,000 lessons. I have taught via Skype people living all over the world, ranging from children to adults, students and professionals.

I have 9 years of experience teaching Japanese, and I am capable of conversing in English and Arabic I have been teaching Japanese for about 7 years. First, I taught Japanese in Egypt at two universities and the Japanese Cultural Center(Japan Foundation Cairo office). Now I am teaching Japanese for students who want to proceed to the next level of education in Tokyo. However, because I want to teach the Japanese language to students from different countries, I decided to become a teacher at italki.

I was born and raised in Tokyo, so I speak standard Japanese. I have a junior and senior high school teaching license in English. I worked for a major Japanese company for about 10 years, so I can also teach business conversation and manners. I teach not only adults but children too! I have taught 7 year old kids who did not speak Japanese at all when we began. We started from Hiragana and worked up to words and sentences. I love teaching all levels, so of course beginners are welcome! I have textbooks allowing us to crossed between book based lessons and speaking lessons. But if you want to be fluent in Japanese, you should learn with textbook, and learn Japanese language! I'll teach you how to speak in a real conversational manner and not the formal helpful but not natural conversation method used by textbooks.

現在、大学院留学生への個人レッスンと、ボランティアで日常生活のための日本語指導を行っています。留学生の方には、主としてオンラインでアカデミック・ジャパニーズの読解・論文・発音指導をしています。生活者の方々には、初級クラスで「みんなの日本語」という教科書を使用して指導しています。学習者の方に、多くの活動を提供する授業を目指しています。また、日本文化についても幅広く指導できますし、日本の地理、歴史、観光についても話題にしていきます。もちろん、学習者の方がたの出身国文化も共有させてもらいたいです。

I will support you with all my might !! I have learned German. I could understand how people feel when they are facing new language, because I had also difficulty studying German. When I was abroad, I experienced teaching Japanese to local people as a volunteer. In Japan I also worked for a language school teaching English to Japanese people for 5 years. So I understand how to teach a language and motivate my students.
