Alba Pérez

Alba is a very patient instructor. She will have a plan to go along during the time allocated but will never hesitate to answer any of your questions. I always feel like I’m derailing the lesson plan but she encourages me not to worry and to ask any and all questions. She is extremely nice and it makes it very easy to learn.

This is the best teacher on the entire site, if your going to hire a tutor than Alba is the best choice. I 13 or so lessons I know so much more Spanish than I learned through a college class and years of on again off again Duolingo. I can’t recommend this teacher enough, see makes everyone lessons very fun and has never laughed at my terrible pronunciation, she just works with me to fix it. In just a few weeks she thought me personal pronouns as well as the conjugation for regular infinitive verbs. If you don’t know what that means nether did I when I started. I am much more comfortable with my Spanish and I look forward to every lesson.

Mis lecciones con Alba son las experiencias de las nuestras vidas. Estas me dan la oportunitad de utilizar muchas palabras para expresar mis opiniones, mis sugerencias etc. A la vez aprendo nuevo vocabulario por supuesto. Espero que estoy en el camino cada vez más para hablar con fluidez. Maestra, hacemos chongitos!

Alba has been teaching me several tenses in Spanish. I’ve learned and improved in each of them individually. Alba had us play a creative game that required me to put it all together and use them organically in conversation. I’ve requested that we play that game again because I feel that it’s a good way to put what I’ve learned into a real life situation such as an organic conversation that ensures I’m using what I’ve learned.

Great teacher! Spoke very clearly and was very patient.
