Rie

I've had 9 lessons with Rie-sensei now, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very patient with me (I am still very novice!) and engages with me brilliantly, and has made me feel very comfortable trying to push myself and try to give more complex answers which is helping me a lot - and should say a lot as I am not made comfortable very easily! She's excellent, a great listener, encouraging and just very very good at what she does.

"The Best Teacher in Town". Rie sensei will teach you grammar and a lot of vocabulary that are useful in daily conversation. She always listens to you very attentively and helps to correct your grammar. A very bright and sunny person that you can feel very safe and comfortable to talk with. Learn a lot of stuff and have a lot of fun in each lesson. Thank youuuuu!

I had my first free talk lesson with Rie san and enjoyed it a lot! She was very supportive and encouraged me to talk freely. I had a good feeling and was not afraid of making mistakes because of her friendly attitude. I am looking forward to more lessons.

Rie was quick to start teaching and get me talking in Japanese! She was very encouraging and supportive.

This was my first lesson with Rie san and she was great! I was very nervous going into the lesson but she ended up making me feel very comfortable, it was a lot of fun! I've already booked my next lesson, and I look forward to continuing to learn from her!

I tried iTalki once in the past an had a teacher who was unkind, so I was nervous... but Rie-san is so kind and patient! She made me feel very comfortable despite the embarrassment of being at a low level currently. I really appreciated my lesson with her and look forward to booking more lessons together!
