JJ Kim

JJ is an amazing teacher! I’ve been taking lessons with her for well over a year now. Her lessons are well structured and she does a great job making sure that I am always making progress from lesson to lesson, while always reiterating on things from previous lessons very naturally. Aside from excellent lesson content, she’s also just a very good natured person to practice chatting with comfortably in Korean, as she creates a great atmosphere where I’m not ashamed to make mistakes when conversing. Overall I highly recommend her as a teacher.

선생님 너무나도 감사함니다! 함께 공부하기 사작한지 1년정도 넘었는데 각 수업마다 배우는 게 많고 엄청 즐거운 시간이 보내요. 그리고 선생님이 제가 흥미가 있는 걸 항상 찾고 수업 시간에 공유하고 공부해서 굉장히 갑사합니다. Thank you so much, teacher! It's been more than a year since we started studying together, and I still have so much fun and learn a lot in each class. JJ is a wonderful teacher. I've been taking Korean classes from here for over two years now and in that time I've gone from struggling to put a sentence together to using Korean with my friends and coworkers. I highly recommend her classes.

JJ is a wonderful teacher! I have moved to twice a week in preparation for my trip and I can feel myself improving more, especially when I study all the materials she provides carefully- her lessons are always fun and she is always so patient and motivating!
