Hi, I am Saloua, your community tutor!
I started teaching French and English during the pandemic and have loved it ever since. I grew up bilingual; my mom is from France, so French was my first language, and then I learned Arabic at school. I love learning languages myself. I started learning English around the age of 15, picked up Spanish during college, and began learning Mandarin Chinese while I was in Asia, surrounded by my Chinese colleagues.
I have a degree in Financial Management and I worked in Tech, so feel free to discuss those topics with me.
My interests include science, technology, economics, scuba diving, freediving, martial arts, personal development, dancing, and art.Me as a Teacher
I want the overall experience to be stress free and tailored to your needs and interests. I will either provide a standard course or we can adapt as we go.
It's important to speak when learning a language, therefore, during our speaking practice you could suggest a topic or we can have a spontaneous conversation. I always enjoy hearing about other people's interests and what they are into in general, and I often end up learning something new from my students!My lessons & teaching style
