Hello, my name is Tamara, and I am originally from Georgia (country). I lived in South Korea for 6 years and I completed my Master's Degree in Korean Studies (Korean Culture) from Ewha Womans University.
I am quite passionate about Korean culture in general, and especially about Korean modern art. I also enjoy music, travel, climbing and cooking.Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching Korean to foreign students professionally since I graduated from university. I began teaching online full-time in 2021, and since then, I have taught over 4000 lessons for both adults and kids.
I've lived and traveled abroad over the past several years, so I can honestly say that I have a thorough understanding of other cultures and languages. In addition to Korean, I also speak English, Spanish, Georgian, which is my original tongue, and a little bit of Russian. Lessons can be conducted in English, Spanish or Georgian.My lessons & teaching style
My true passion is teaching, and nothing makes me happier than witnessing my students' successes. To make learning more enjoyable and efficient for my students, I make an effort to customize each class to their requirements and needs. During the lesson, we will also cover various aspects of Korean culture in addition to learning the language.
Additionally, my interest in psychology aids me greatly when I'm teaching.

Tamara is the best! Communication is definitely her strong suit, and doesn't mind when I occasionally drift from the main lesson 😂. I can't wait to take up more of her time later 🥺😹

Tamara is a very nice and well prepared teacher! We started with the basics and I was able to review a lot and ask my questions, but we didn’t waste too much time on each and every grammarpoint. I really enjoyed this lesson and will definitely book another class :D
