Risa

Risa's lessons are engaging and fun! She asks questions to help me practice the Genki lessons and test my knowledge. She's also able to answer the questions I have about the different nuances in conversation. Learning Japanese is challenging! But she makes it enjoyable.

I have been taking lessons with Risa san for a year now and I feel like I have improved. Of course, I need to study on my own to remember things and reinforce the grammar concepts. Still, if I forgot things, Risa san will kindly help and take time to explain things in details. She seems to have a good understanding of my personal growth and can address issues specifically. Thank you Risa san!

As always, it is lots of fun and educational every time. I started with very little Japanese knowledge to being able to have a conversation with Risa for one hour. Thanks to her help!

Risa sensei is very nice and interesting person, it's fun to have lessons with her. We practice new grammar points that I learn by myself in Genki, so it helps me to understand the lessons better.
