I spent my childhood waiting for the bell,
The one which allows you to stand up and run out,
The one which is calling you always further.
And seeking always for the highest jump, the most technical move, I've pushed my body forward through many acrobatic sports. Ski freestyle became my reason to wake up in the morning. It had been my first autodidact path in which I came until a professional level. Unfortunately, I broke soon my knee and my shoulder. I had then a fire in the hands, and no direction for it, fortunately the languages became this new place in which I could dive. With the languages came the travels. Soon movement and communication met each other and came along dance and theater.Me as a Teacher

I've started to coach as I was 16 years old and never stopped since then. At school, for camps, in club, in the mountains, with children, with adults, also coaching the coach...
Making my bachelor studies in science of sport, learning how to be in the body, and how to teach to come over fears and clumsiness to approach new movements, I realized how deep emotions and body were involved in learning process. This topic became my bachelor thesis. Since then, I feel deeply the necessity of taking the time to discover how we like to learn. Emotions are energy for motivation, body is anchor for staying focus and eases the creation of a habit.My lessons & teaching style

Being often autodidact, I have the habit to build my own learning material. Also teaching on Italki we'll discover together the style and the topic we want to bring in our lessons. I consider the time of building and creating the lesson as learning time, indeed, everything that you do, you'll remember it easily. That's how our memory is working, we remember 10% of what we read and 80% of what we experience personally. Also, our goal is to create an experience to perform, from the single word till a whole text. Moreover, stepping on a creative way, we stay close to our interests and thus to our motivation.My teaching material
