Hi everybody!
Mi name is Lara and I come from Italy. I love my country and teaching languages, which is also my job. I am really passionate about my job and I try to put my best effort in everything I do. Come and discover Italian language with me!Me as a Teacher
I have been teaching for 10 years, in high schools with teenagers and in language courses with adults.
During these years I had the opportunity to make my teaching method better, following continuing education courses to be always up-to-date and acquire new skills and techniques.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching method is highly communicative, so that the students can acquire skills to be used in everyday life. My lessons are dynamic and try to involve the students; a language is a living thing and you need to use it as much as possible!
Lessons are shaped on the learning abilities and on the person, and created according to the students' needs and the level they want to achieve.
I use books and other learning materials I have created to support my lessons. They will all be given to the students for free.

Lara is a wonderful, very experienced teacher who creates a learning plan that focuses on your current skill level and your personal goals. She prepares for every class and uses many different resources to supplement her teaching. I have completed 5 classes with her and I feel that she has accommodated my requests while helping me correct mistakes through clear explanations of word usage and grammatical concepts. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and she patiently answers all of them. I've only done a class per week, but I think my progress would hasten if I was able to study with Lara twice a week.

Lara is an amazing teacher. The lessons are full of different activities (speaking, learning the grammar, listening, discussing Italian culture and many more). She always tries to give you as much as you can learn, but she's also very gentle when you don't understand some aspects of the language, and she explains them really well. I started speaking much more confidently after just a few lessons, and I'm definitely going to continue 😊

Lara is a great Italian teacher. Her lessons are always very informative and she is great at pushing you to the edge of your ability which makes you learn a lot more than you otherwise would. After completing the last few lessons and homework tasks she has set I have been truly surprised with how much more I have been able to progress with Italian. If you’re looking for a funny, engaging and diligent Italian tutor, look no further!

Relly nice first lesson! Lara did a great job talking clearly in a way that I could understand, but still spoke fast and in a natural way which made for great practice! Also very interested and sympathic!
