Hello, everyone! My name is SeongMin and I am from South Korea. Since 2012, I have been living and working in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I majored Russian language and literature in university. when I came here for the first time in my life, I fell in love with this city. So, after finishing my bachelor, I moved to here and still living enjoyable. I have so many interests, but, especially, I love to travel and I have been to over 40 countries. During travel, I could meet so many interesting people and learn new cultures. That was an amazing experience!! Also, I realized that learning new languages is one of the best ways to meet new world!!

Me as a Teacher

I have been tutoring Korean since when I studied at university. I had many opportunities to meet foreign students and to teach them Korean. Also, I have taught Korean to Russian employees at Korean companies. I know about the struggles of learning new languages, I have been through that process. The biggest thing I realized during tutoring and learning new languages is that the alphabet, basic grammar, writing and reading are all important, but the most important thing is to enjoy learning with confidence.

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons will be customized. If you have to start from the beginning level, we can start from the alphabet and go on step by step using customized PPT, text books, e.t.c., Or If you are weak in a particular part, such as writing, reading, or speaking then we can focus on it and proceed with the class. Most important part of my classes - It will be in enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere!!!!

Wow! What an incredible lesson with Min! Min is a very professional, but also a playful teacher. She came to the lesson with a customized plan to fit my current level in Korean. (which is nonexistent) The lesson was so much fun, and the time felt like it flew it by. At the end of the lesson, Min gave me some homework to help me better prepare for the next one. I couldn't have asked for a better Korean teacher. I feel so honored to be her student! Thanks again, Min!!
