Hi, thanks for visiting my page!
I am an Italian-Chinese native speaker based in London. I'm fluent in English and can also teach in Spanish or French. As a polyglot I taught myself some German, Catalan, Russian, Bahasa and I'm currently learning Japanese and Thai. I'm doing a PhD in sustainable tourism in the UK, where I work as a yoga&mindfulness teacher, interpreter, and tour manager (taking people travelling around the world). I also volunteer for the UN mentoring young women in Asia. I love food, music, scuba diving, tango, philosophy and everything related to self-development. People say I'm good at listening and giving advice! I have been teaching languages since 2010.Me as a Teacher
I am passionate about teaching because languages can open doors in life and connect you with incredible people! I have worked with students from different countries and levels. I believe that with the right methods (from traditional textbooks to music or movement) anyone can become fluent, and together we can create something that works best for you! I also enjoy conversation classes and can help you become more confident, sound more natural. My students say I help them with motivation and planning/time management too.My lessons & teaching style
It's important to use your target language as much as possible so I will encourage you to speak with me, but also give you ideas and resources to practice your listening, reading and writing (at your own pace). Depending on your needs and goals, I will tailor a package to help you improve your fluency, vocabulary, grammar, test preparation, business presentation, or anything else you are working on.My teaching material
