My name is Andrés, I'm from Costa Rica, and I speak Spanish, English, Italian and Hebrew. I'm very passionate about learning languages, as I believe they can help us connect to different cultures and peoples and learn about them.
I especially love Semitic languages and their histories, as well as their similarities. Whether it be Hebrew, Aramaic, or Arabic, if you like these languages as well, I hope I can be of assistance in your Hebrew learning journey.Me as a Teacher
I have been constantly exposed to the Hebrew language for over 5 years, speaking it on a daily basis, as well as participating in Hebrew-Spanish language groups, and helped teach Spanish to groups of students.
Whether you'd like to learn the basics of the language, practice conversation or learn about its history, its poetry and Scriptures, I would be happy to help.My lessons & teaching style
We can start from the basics by learning the aleph-bet and slowly move toward more advanced topics, as well focus on specific areas such as grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation along the way.

It was a great and interactive conversational lesson about our weekends. I also learnt new vocabulary and Andres helped me with some "tricky" grammar. As usual, Andres is very patient. He explains well what a word means, and helps you understand the differences between two similar words. Thank you, Andres!
