Hello, my name is Evangelos, I am native Greek and I've been teaching Greek for the last 7 years. I've studied in the University of Piraeus and I have a Master's degree in teaching foreign languages. I also speak English,some Russian and Bulgarian.I like a lot to take part in marathons whenever I have free time and also I like cooking and bakery.I also have a diploma as a chef so ,I could share some cooking tips also with you,so go ahead and ask me.I like teaching people who are into Greek culture, or they are just interested to know about the language. I enjoy the lack of stereotypes and language barriers. Greek could be difficult, but you'll reach your level with the way I'll show you.Me as a Teacher
I've been teaching Greek in schools and online more than 7 years to students of all ages and backgrounds.Also, I've helped more than 200 students to achieve the Certificate of Competency Examination for Citizenship and for students needing Greek for their businesses.Spending time with my students in order to assist them in achieving their goals is something I do with passion, and my reward is when I see them progressing and starting speaking Greek fluently.Together,we build solid foundations through Grammar,Vocabulary,Listening comprehension and writing ,in order to progress with quick but steady steps and use Greek with confidence daily.My lessons & teaching style
Teaching my students the fundamental 3-fold of success ,grammar,vocabulary and pronunciation of the Greek language is my principle, alongside with listening comprehension and conversational skills. In my lessons we read, write, learning at the same time, gradually getting better till the desired level.After gaining confidence with pronunciation , we start role playing and chatting in Greek .I share with you pdf files,books,excel,presentations, mp3 files and others.In my class, there is always a relaxed atmosphere, where you can learn without the sense of stress.Greek has more than 5 million words, and this makes this language so beautiful and unique.My teaching material
