About Me

Hello, everyone! I'm from Seoul, the capital city of South Korea. But I also spend half of my life in China, so I can speak Chinese fluently as well. Now I live in China with my Chinese husband. And I'm looking forward to seeing people from all around the world who are interested in Korean and Mandarin. Although Korea is a small country, but I can see more and more people are attracted by Korean culture, I'm so thrilled. Whereas China is a big country that draws lots of people to come to study, doing business and so on. So I feel so blessed that I can help so many people to learn those two languages, share things that I know to help them reach their goals.Me as a Teacher
I love travelling, trying different food, knowing different cultures, talking to people. I just love to learn the differences that exist from every single one from all of the world. So welcome everyone to join my lesson, to whom for a short interest or preparing a long marathon with me. I believe we'll have enjoyable time together!
As a teacher, I want you to konw three things about me.
a. I'm very patient.
b. I smile a lot.
c. I encourage students often.

We'll use my studying materials-PPT slides, so you don't need to prepare any textbooks. But if you want to learn with yours, we can also discuss about it. For the detail, you can refer to my each lesson introduction.
I prefer taking enough time to let students practice rather than being rush for learning new contents.
I can be a teacher who help you learn, also can be a friend who can make you comfortable to talk to so that we can have each lesson more joyful.

I've been taking lessons with Jane for a while and she is a very patient, caring teacher. I have already learned so much thanks to her.
Jane's lessons are a good balance between learning to hold conversations, learning about Korean culture and grammar. She meets you at the level you are at and, if you are invested, helps you grow your knowledge quickly and substantially.
As a teacher, Jane is extremely patient and, though she of course corrects one's mistakes, she never takes them very seriously. I have never felt bad about not remembering something we covered previously or asking multiple times. During lessons, jane reads well whether today's a day to take it a little more slowly or really push forward.
I look forward to hopefully many more lessons with her and can totally recommend Jane as a teacher 😊
