Hi, my name is Ayano. I am a qualified Japanese teacher.
I was born and raised in Japan, so I am a Japanese native speaker.
I live in Canada since 2012.
In Canada I am raising my twins and I am trying to teach them Japanese.
I think the most important thing for learning language is using the target language.
Therefore all of my lessons are focused on speaking.
I am so looking forward to meeting you in a trial.

For beginners, we are going to use a textbook called "Genki Ⅰ&Ⅱ" which is equivalent to JLPT N5 and N4, respectively.
For Intermediate students, we can use a textbook called "QUARTET Ⅰ&Ⅱ", which is equivalent to JLPT N3 and N2, respectively.
I also offer lessons that focus on reading and writing.
For reading, we can work with articles or textbooks that are of interest to you.
For writing, you will be asked to write a journal entry before class.
We will then review it together.
初級レベルでは、「げんきⅠ&Ⅱ」(JLPT N5&N4相当）を使って学習していきます。
中級レベルでは、「中級日本語カルテットⅠ&Ⅱ」(JLPT N3&N2相当）を使って学習していきます。
また、ReadingとWritingに特化したレッスンプランもご用意しています。
Readingは皆さんの興味のある記事や教科書に対応できます。
Writingはレッスンの前に日記を書いて頂き、そちらを一緒にReviewしていきます。My teaching material

Ayano-san has been wonderful to work with, and I look forward to every lesson we have together! During our lessons, she is very encouraging and makes sure that I fully understand everything before moving forward. I really enjoy that we get to work on reading, writing, listening, adn speaking together while going through the textbook, including going through practice questions and quizzes together to check where I am.
