Hello! I am a Portuguese native speaker who was born and raised in Brazil. I have a degree in Environmental Engineering, and I am currently in the fourth year of Medical School. I am passionate about movies, music, exercising and traveling. I have been to 15 countries so far, and I absolutely love meeting people from different cultures.

Over the years, in my university experience, I had the chance to teach Portuguese to colleagues from several countries, such as United States, Mexico, Spain, Lithuania and El Salvador. All of them had an impressive progress on their Portuguese skills, as well as expanded their knowledge about Brazilian culture. He is the most helpful Portuguese tutor I have spoken with on iTalki, very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions or doubts. He has a very good ability to give useful and succinct corrections during classes.

Artur is a fantastic teacher. He is very friendly and extremely helpful. The entire class had a very relaxed atmosphere, while at the same time, he was very attentive and helpful with any problems or questions.
