I have been a full-time Vietnamese tutor for the past few years. Through my journey of learning foreign languages on my own, I have gained a deeper understanding of students' needs. Apart from languages, I also enjoy creating vlogs and conducting Hanoi tours. This explains why I strive to make every class more than just a lesson, but also a cultural exploration. My teaching approach is unique and tailored to my students' backgrounds, so you won't find my lessons to be the same as those of other teachers or textbooks. I like to start by introducing new words and phrases with simple Vietnamese examples and engaging illustrations, allowing students to guess the meaning of words rather than relying on translations. I also create a variety of materials, including colourful illustrated lessons and interesting reading exercises.

Excellent explanations, useful and consistent corrections, and effective teaching techniques. For example, today we each wrote a word on a few pieces of paper, and the other had to pick one without reading the word, and then listen to a description to try and guess the word. This generated a lot of language and opportunities for further understanding. Em Dương obviously has a lot of teaching experience, and her online teaching reflects this.
