Hi! My name is Claudia, I'm Peruvian-Italian and I grew up bilingual with English and Spanish. I would love to help you discover how much fun learning a new language can be! I have more than 15 years of experience teaching English, Spanish and Italian to students from all over the world. Teaching and learning languages are two of my great passions because they allow me to meet all kinds of people and learn about different cultures. I'm also an opera singer which made me want to learn even more. I'm fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French and I am learning Quechua but I have sung in at least 10 different languages!

My main aim as a teacher is that the lessons are entertaining because I firmly believe that a relaxed and happy student is a student who maintains the motivation to learn. I love to teach and understand how to learn a language and all the difficulties that can arise. I am very patient and I think that making mistakes is a fundamental part of the process since it means that you are pushing the limits and trying new things. Lessons will be planned according to your needs and interests. Do you need to pass an exam? Go on holiday and be able to communicate with confidence? Maybe you have been studying grammar and accumulating vocabulary for years but when it comes to speaking words don't come out?
We will talk first about why you want to learn the language and I will give you an evaluation to see your level and what type of method best suits what you need. I will concentrate on making you speak during the lessons and I will be able to explain the grammar to you as necessary, clearly and without overwhelming you ... that's my superpower!Mein Unterrichtsmaterial

As always an excellent lesson! She is a very professional teacher and combines the ability to make you have a good time and, at the same time, advance in learning the language. We share a G-docs document where notes are taken: vocabulary, expressions, homework. That's a great way to track your process and allows you to study the lessons. Great teacher and great person.

I have now had many, many lessons with Claudia and find her to be an absolutely wonderful teacher and friend. Our lessons go by quickly and she never lets any mistake I make go by uncorrected, which I greatly appreciate. My Spanish has made great progress over our time together and I am grateful to her for her dedication and help. She is a wonderful person and teacher!
