Hello, my name is Angeliki, and I am a native Greek speaker with a passion for teaching and education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, having graduated with distinction (9.29/10), and I have a particular interest in teaching Greek as a second language, a field I explored deeply in my undergraduate thesis. For the past four years, I’ve been teaching Greek as a first language, and I’m excited to expand my experience by helping others learn it as a second language.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading classic and historical literature, photography, rhythmic gymnastics, and ballet. I look forward to helping you on your journey to mastering Greek!
Ich als Lehrkraft
I am a passionate and dedicated Greek language teacher with a strong focus on making learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience. My teaching philosophy centers around understanding the individual needs and goals of each student, whether they are beginners or looking to deepen their existing knowledge.
With four years of experience in teaching Greek as a first language, I strive to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. I use a blend of traditional and modern teaching methods, incorporating technology and interactive tools to keep lessons dynamic and accessible. My approach is student-centered, ensuring that every lesson is tailored to each learner’s pace.
Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
In my lessons, we’ll combine learning with a good dose of fun. I believe that the best way to master a new language is to enjoy the process, so expect our classes to be engaging, interactive, and occasionally sprinkled with some Greek humor! Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I tailor each lesson to your individual goals, whether it’s speaking like a local, nailing grammar, or mastering the art of ordering gyros without a hitch—because who said learning Greek can’t be a little entertaining? Mistakes are welcome, because they’re just part of the journey. Plus, they give us something to laugh about along the way!

A very good teacher! Actually one of the best I had so far. She encourages me very much through the lessons, explains everything very nice and it’s just simply recommendable to book from her. I think after some lessons you will definitely find improvement in your language goals!
