My name is Anasatsija Jovanovic, I am 23 years old, I come from Serbia, I study medicine and work as a professor of Serbian language and literature. I am communicative, patient and optimistic, I like to travel, meet new cultures and build new friendships. I like to learn languages and read various literature. My hobby is painting. I like to talk about various topics, I like to watch movies, mostly documentaries, I do sports and advocate for healthy lifestyles.

Ich als Lehrkraft

I worked for two years in a Serbian language school, and now I give online Serbian language classes. I am patient, I adapt my way of working to the student and try to understand all aspects of the language he is learning as well as possible. I know that it takes time to master the language, so I adopt a positive attitude and encourage my students to practice hard. My students can fully rely on me and be sure that together we will solve all the difficulties and learn the language and at the same time gain self-confidence.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

I choose the style of work based on the student's knowledge level, his wishes and my opinion of what is best for him. I use different texts concerning different topics. Presentations are one of the good ways to work, photos, videos and audio recordings, and I use games and tests to test students knowledge. Students are given homework to practice on their own, and anything that is not clear to them is resolved in the next class. I believe that the best way to work is to speak as much as possible in the language that the student wants to learn.
