Hello! My name is Ako. I was born and raised in Japan. I've worked a systems engineer and in general office administration for about 20 years. i'm experienced in bussiness Japanese, including various communication styles. I'd like to help people learn Japanese with my knowledge and experience. That's why I decided to get the qualification for teaching Japanese. I enjoy traveling, talking with people from all over the world, learning about different cultures, making cute bento lunches, and I'm a foodie. I'm kind , gentle and patient person , so I provide a comfortable and relaxing enviroment for you to learn.

I got the qualification for teaching Japanese in 2021. I teach online on Saturday and Sunday only :) I'm new here, but I have approximately 150 hours of teaching experience so far on other platform. Also, i've studied English for a long time, so I really understand how fun and challenging it is to learn a second language.

I am flexible and thrive to meet the students needs and requirements so, in our class we can focus on specifics like, grammar & conversation for beginners, business manners & honorific expressions, travel Japanese, essay writing, a friendly conversation and discussion.
