WHAT'S A TRIAL LESSON
The trial lesson is a way to introduce ourselves, asses your level and set up a study plan for you. I will be glad to hear your story and your background with the Italian language, so I can better tailor our future classes for you :)


WHAT A TRIAL LESSON IS NOT
A trial lesson isn't a trick to have a 30-minute lesson for a very cheap price or other purposes. If within the first minutes of the trial lesson I realize that's what the person is trying to do, I reserve the right to interrupt the class. The camera should be turned on for the whole lesson time.

If you are a complete beginner and you are looking for a qualified and experienced guide to move your first steps into the Italian world, this is the lesson for you 😄

Before presenting you how my classes work, I want you to know the philosophy behind my approach. I am a committed and qualified teacher and I will do anything it takes to help you. Of course, learning Italian is our primary goal, but there's something as important as this for me: I want our classes to be a moment during your week that you take to do something for youself and enjoy. Always remind that! 🤗

So...WHAT WILL WE DO?
📖 The lesson is a balanced mix of all the ingredients you need to get familiar with the Italian language: grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and conversation. Each class is built around a topic (how to introduce yourself, order at the restaurant, talk about you family...).
✏️ We will insist on the basic structures and vocabulary that you need to start understanding how the language works. Our primary goal always remains SPEAKING, so we'll practice some oral interaction from the beginning!
⚠️ If you already have some knowledge of Italian, we can also just focus on conversation.
🇮🇹 We will take a look into the main aspects of the Italian culture.
🗣️ We will gradually increase the time dedicated to conversation as you improve your skills.
📕 I will provide you with some homework to review what we have done together during our lesson.

🧐 I will be patient and supportive throughout the whole path, making the lesson informative, fun and engaging. Most of all, I will never EVER judge you.
💡 I will suggest you the best strategies to learn.
👩‍🏫 I will come up with many activities to review together the topics that are more difficult for you.
📙 I will provide all the material for the lessons.

📚 Italian for beginners // STRUCTURED LESSONS OR CONVERSATION

So...WHAT WILL WE DO?
📖 With intermediate/advanced students, I prefer focusing classes on CONVERSATION.
✏️ We will gradually look into more complicated grammar and expand your vocabulary. We will dedicate some classes about the grammar topics you struggle the most.
📽️ We can just practice free conversation ora start with an article or video, do the comprehension and then comment it together.
🇮🇹 We will deepen your knowledge of the Italian culture.
📕 I will provide you with some homework to review what we have done together during our lesson.

📚 Italian intermediate and advanced // STRUCTURED LESSONS OR CONVERSATION

CILS and CELI exams require a specific preparation: even being an advanced Italian speaker is not enough. These exams ask you to demonstrate a range of specific skills in listening, writing, speaking and grammar. In order to pass the exam, you need to be confident about how the different examinations parts work and being able to perform them in a limited amount of time.
I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE MATERIAL YOU NEED TO PRACTICE FOR THE EXAM.
Together we can unveil the secrets of CILS and CELI in order to pass your exam brillantly!

Are you willing to take classes together with a friend, partner, or maybe with your mom?
This is the option for you!

The content and the philosophy of the classes is the same of one-to-one ones (please read the description of the standard class options if you want to learn more).
The participants can join the class from the same device or from two different locations, in which case we will have to use Google Meet or Skype.

Italian for couples // From beginners to advanced

La DITALS di I livello è un esame di certificazione che attesta una buona competenza generale nella didattica dell'italiano L2 in relazione a qualsiasi contesto di apprendimento, integrata da una competenza specifica riferita ad un particolare profilo di destinatari (nel mio caso, apprendenti adulti).

La certificazione Ditals II attesta una competenza avanzata in didattica dell’italiano a stranieri indipendentemente dal contesto di insegnamento e dal tipo di apprendenti.
