Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Mona and I’m a language teacher with over 12 years experience teaching Mandarin Chinese.
Before I became a professional Chinese teacher, I was a language learner, and now can speak fluent Japanese and some English as well. This means I understand your efforts and can help you master the Chinese language. I speak standard Mandarin Chinese and have a passion for teaching. I am also interested in different cultures.

I have taught students of a range of nationalities and ages from 4 years old to 70. I am able to adjust my teaching style according to my students. I ensure that my lessons are effective interesting, and accessible.

HSK examiner - 北京博瑞智文化交流中心 - 2017After working for many years,I am very familiar with the HSK(汉语水平考试) exam,Then I took the invigilator exam and get the certificate.As an HSK examiner, I am responsible for the monthly HSK work, checking students' entry, playing listening part, explaining exams to students, and retrieving test papers.

Mona is a great teacher. She is organised and at the same time very flexible. She provides good material for self-study writing. And we practice reading and speaking during our lessons. She explains grammar very well. I feel supported and encouraged. And I notice my progress.
