PT-BR: Sou brasileira formada em Letras e Pedagogia e atuo na área da educação desde 2012. Vivo na Espanha há alguns anos e em 2019 fiz o meu mestrado em Linguística Teórica e Aplicada aqui. Tenho experiência no ensino de espanhol e português para estrangeiros, e nos últimos anos venho atuando apenas na modalidade on-line.

Now I live in Spain, where I finished my Masters in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics in the University of Murcia. I've taken classes with Aline for 2-3 years now I think and I can't imagine having a better teacher. I have a degree in Spanish and had some knowledge of Portuguese prior so I started with grammar courses but then moved on to her other courses reading texts and literature, all of which have been exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the language from the grammar and linguistics side, knows how to employ and analyze the language in any professional, academic, literary context, or informal context, and is extremely well versed in Brazilian literature. If that weren't enough she is always engaging during classes (which is helpful for shy folk like myself) and really knows how to tailor the classes to the student's interests and needs. Every class I've had with her (at least 100 if not approaching 200 at this point) has been an absolute delight.

Aline is an amazing teacher! I have been doing Portuguese classes with her for 2 years now and I am amazed at how much I have learnt in that time. I feel like I could get by in almost any situation by speaking Portuguese. She is also so friendly, funny and patient and relaxed so I love our lessons together. :)

Aline's passion for Portuguese and Brazilian literature is contagious. Going through short stories, poems, and literature excerpts with her these past few weeks has been amazing. She's able to effectively combine grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation tips with great insights into the works and the lives of the authors we read. I've learned so much about brazilian authors, both classical and contemporary in such a short time, and I can't wait to learn more !
