My name is Aileen. I am a teacher by profession but I also engage in photography, editing, graphics design, business management, marketing, and customer service. I have over 10 years of experience teaching English, Filipino, and Japanese. I also have over 3 years of experience in the BPO industry where I've handled technical, medical, financial, and ecommerce accounts. I've completed my Bachelor's Degree in English with high academic distinction at the University of Baguio. I am interested in language, food and culture so I travel a lot. I am also into video making and social media management so I manage my own channels and pages on YouTube and Facebook.عني كمعلّم
I started working at a very young age and have engaged myself in English related jobs since then. I've worked as an ESL teacher at different schools in my city for some time, then a technical, medical, ecommerce and customer support specialist for American and UK companies for a little over 3 years. I've been teaching English grammar, conversation, and pronunciation to both individual and group classes since 2012. I've also taught English in universities as well as online. I can teach English, Tagalog and Japanese up to N4. I am quite flexible and friendly so you definitely won't have a hard time speaking with me.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I believe that there is no single method or approach that can help second language learners learn a language the fastest way. I like understanding my students' interests, goals, strengths and weaknesses, level and learning style, so I could tailor fit the teaching style that would best help them improve their language skills and knowledge. I like making use of the different teaching methods and approaches I've learned all throughout my studies and career in teaching.
