Raushan is a very good teacher.I always enjoy her lessons . She has a lot of knowledge, deep thoughts, so I never get tired of her lessons.I look forward to Raushan ‘s class every time.

Raushan is extremely professional and prepared. Her lessons are structured and supplemented by helpful texts and practice exercises. I always think I'm going to feel intimidated because Raushan speaks SUCH PERFECT KAZAKH and she can do it so fast! But I always leave lessons with her feeling confident, empowered, and with plenty to help me practice my skills outside of class! Raushan is very direct but in a really nice way; what's great about that is she will tell you exactly what you need work on and how you can achieve a more natural degree of speech. I think my favorite thing about learning with her is the really fun and interesting pieces of Kazakh history and culture she uses to enhance our lessons! She told me a great joke today which was not only hilarious but very aptly emphasized a diction point for me. She's great, I highly recommend learning with her!

Raushan is very thorough. I have already been working with a Kazakh language teacher on the basics but Raushan is able to really help me hone my pronunciation and start working on the smaller, finer details of the language with me. I thought it was really cool that she uses tongue twisters to help with pronunciation, diction, and speed! And I appreciate the emphasis she puts on making mistakes and using them as learning opportunities; it makes me more comfortable with just speaking what I know so she can help me work out the kinks.
