First and foremost, I am a language enthusiast- passionate about learning languages and teaching them to others! By day, I put on my white coat and help my patients at the Pharmacy. and by night, I switch on my favourite Norwegian TV show, listen to some French music, and speak English with my friends over a warm cup of tea. I enjoy leading a life where I can pursue all of my passions, some of mine include running, playing the guitar, volunteering, and of course, teaching Arabic!عني كمعلّم
As a teacher, I approach learning from my student's perspective. I try to see what they need to receive in order to achieve their goals and succeed in learning Arabic. Our classes will always be a safe space where we can make mistakes, grow, and learn from them. For me, being a teacher means being a mentor, cheerleader, friend, and motivator to my students. I believe that the best teachers are forever-learners, and I work by this belief in my classes, always finding better and more effective teaching methods to enhance my students' learning process and ensure they enjoy it.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are 60-minute long conversation and grammar-based classes. My teaching style incorporates grammar and syntax with contextual vocabulary- I create learning materials including real-life scenarios that can be used in daily life. As we proceed to go through scenarios, I explain to my students the grammar and syntax behind each sentence, and ensure they have a holistic understanding of the various materials (audio, videos, texts, and more!). That being said, my teaching style will depend on my student's needs and their level in Arabic- I believe in a personal approach to learning, and incorporate that in all of my classes. Outstanding teacher, has a great command of English language. I like her understanding me, she knows what I need. She knows Arabic, my wife speaks Syrian Arabic, and listened to her speak, told me Angie does an excellent job.

Angie was a really patient and fun teacher to learn from!! I really enjoyed our conversation and felt like I learned a lot of useful Arabic vocab. I also really liked that she gave me some very helpful resources to continue my learning outside of the lesson. Looking forward to the next lesson!

Angie is a brilliant teacher and has an amazing patience for me as a student trying to learn arabic! Every session is fun and inspiring, and and both her materials and equipment is very suitable for learning a language. 10/10 recommended!
