Hi, my name is Mayo. **For English speakers, please pronounce my name in Spanish, like Cinco de Mayo. Not Mayonnaise ((´∀｀)) ** I don't speak Spanish though.
I was born and raised in Japan but have been in the us for long time. And I am a Japanese tutor, travel escort and a professional Japanese lyricist. Like to meet people (in person or online) and have conversation, and also like to do different things everyday.عني كمعلّم
Please tell me about your favorite and then you and I study Japanese thru your favorite topic. Though I'm not a certified teacher I have met and talked thousands of people every year as a travel escort, so I know how to have good conversation. You don't need to worry much. For grammer lesson, I go over grammer topics along with "GENKI" textbook. Explain the grammer by using presentaion slides and then practice it. If you don't have the text book, I send the presentatioon slide after the lesson.
For reading lesson, read a Japanese article, find out the new vocabulary and grammer and discuss about the article. I am going to prepare vocabulary sheet and send it after the lesson.
For Japanese lyric lesson, pick a song you like and inform me in advance. Then I prepare the lyric sheet with lists of vocabulary meaning and reading. After the lesson, I send the sheet to you.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Mayo-sensei is an excellent teacher who fulfills your needs, and all it takes is just letting her know in advance what you want. I find myself learning even more than I expected to learn in her classrooms, and can't recommend her enough!

Mayo teaches wonderfully! She does modeling, guided practice, and independent practice when discussing new phrases all in a very fuild manner. She is great at building rapport with students and I look forward to working with her again.
